Instructions for Registering Online for Fellow Program in Management (FPM)

READ THE INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE STARTING THE REGISTRATION PROCESS
 
Applicants for the FPM should:
1a. A Master's degree or its equivalent in any discipline with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) with the Bachelor's degree/ equivalent qualification with at least 60 % marks (55% for SC/ST candidates) obtained after a minimum of three years of education after completing higher secondary education (10+2) or equivalent,
OR
1b. a professional qualification like CA, ICWA or CS with at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates)
OR
1c. BE/B.Tech degree or its equivalent with at least 60% marks (50% for SC/ST candidates) and 2 years of relevant work experience are eligible to apply.

The applicant must hold a Bachelors/Masters degree of any of the universities incorporated by an Act of the Central or State Legislature in India or other educational institutions established by an act of parliament or declared to be deemed as a University under section 3 of UGC act, 1956, or possess an equivalent qualification recognized by the Ministry of HRD, Government of India, or possess an equivalent qualification from an institution approved by AICTE. Non-fulfillment of these conditions will automatically result in cancellation of the admission.

FPM candidates have to submit GMAT/GRE/GATE/UGC JRF (research) results taken during the year January 2011 and December 2012. Those who have done their PGP from XLRI, any IIM, MDI Gurgaon, FMS Delhi or XIM Bhubaneswar, with a CQPI of at least 6.00/8.00 or equivalent will also be exempted from appearing in the XAT.

Short listed candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview during February-March, 2013 at XLRI, Jamshedpur for the final selection.
 
Instructions for FPM Applicant:
2a. The candidate can choose one out of two functional area, depending on eligibility.
2b. Before starting the online registration, make sure you have a DD made. The DD of Rs 1200/- is to be made in favour of " XLRI Jamshedpur A/c Prospectus " payable at Jamshedpur.

3. The candidate has to download the XLRI CONFIRMATION PAGE (Non-XAT FPM) after completing the online registration. The candidate has to paste his/her recent passport size colour photograph and put his/her signature in the space provided in the form. The form is then to be sent to Admission Office along with the DD/BC.
4. The last date for applying online is 28 December 2012 (22 December 2012) and the last date of receiving the XLRI PP FPM (Non-XAT) Form along with DD/BC is 05 January 2013.
5. The candidates should write "Admissions for FPM (Non-XAT)" on the envelopes.

Selection Procedure:
Call Letters for interviews will be sent by the office of Associate Dean, FPM & Research. Short listed candidates will be required to appear for a personal interview during April 2013 at XLRI, Jamshedpur for the final selection. The programme will commence in June 2013.
