Brief Profile  

I joined with XLRI Jamshedpur in 2002 as a professor in HRM area. Prior to 2002, I was working as a Principal in Utkal University Law College in 1994 after completing my LL.B.; LL.M. from Cochin University & Ph.D. in Law.

To my credit, I have published 8 books and more than 25 articles in national & international journals and visited Dubai, Singapore, Paris, Malaysia, Israel and Hong Kong for teaching and training assignments.

I am a trainer for almost all PSUs namely- NTPC, NPCIL, IOL, DVC, ISRO, RBI, SBI, IOCL, Power Grid, GAIL, ONGC, HAL, NHPC, NMDC, MOIL, Balmer Lawrie and many more.

I conduct 5-Days Training Programme on labour Laws for all Central Labour Commissioners since 2004. Almost all ALC. RLC & Deputy CLC of Govt of India have visited XLRI and stayed for a week for the Training.

I also conducts open workshops in all metro cities on Contract Management, Contract Labour Management and the upcoming New Labour Codes through NHRDN Kolkata Chapter, BDMA, FICCI etc. and also training programmes for Private companies as well like Adani Group, Asian Paints, Mahindra Group, Reliance, Dr.Reddy, L&T, Sandvik Asia, Microsoft, Accenture, etc.

I am providing consultancy on Labour Management, Labour Compliances, Contract and Contract Labour management to many companies such as NTPC, JSW, MOIL, Reliance, Dhariwal, L&T, Godrej, GRSE, NPCIL, HZL, XL Health etc.

I am also an Advisor to the HR Federation of India.

My area of interest are Labour Laws & Contract Management.
