Work experience (Academic):

1. Selected as a Professor and Head (School of Finance), Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Government of India, Delhi).
2. Presently working as a Faculty in the Finance area at XLRI, Jamshedpur (School of Business and Human Resources). Associated with XLRI Jamshedpur, since November 2003.
3. Was associated as a Director with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, New Delhi (ICAI) from November 2009 to December 2010 (Lien from XLRI Jamshedpur).
4. Was associated as a Senior Professor (Accounting and Finance Area), with Management Development Institute, Gurgaon (MDI, Gurgaon) in the year 2009 (Lien from XLRI Jamshedpur).
5. Prior to joining XLRI worked as a Research Officer and Faculty at National Institute of Bank Management (NIBM, Pune) (An Institute set up by Reserve Bank of India in consultation with Government of India, A think tank of the banking industry), Pune from June 2002 to November 2003.
6. Prior to joining NIBM taught MBA (Post Graduation) classes for two academic years (2001 and 2002) as a Lecturer in the area of Accounting and Finance at Mody Institute of Management Studies, Lakshmangarh, Rajasthan (Deemed University).
7. Taught Graduation classes for one academic year (2000) as a Lecturer in the area of Accounting & Finance at Marwar College, Sojat (Rajasthan).

1. Industrial experience of working in the Chartered Accountant Firm for more than three and half year???s period from January 1997 to August 4, 2000. During this tenure completed major assignments in the area of Taxation, Audit, Banking, Financial Reporting and other management accounting related services.

1.Honoured on Independence Day (August 15) 1999 by the Government of Rajasthan, for securing the Highest Marks in B.Com (F) in the University.
2.Secured First Position (Gold Medallist) in M.Com. (ABST) in MDS University, Ajmer (Rajasthan) and was awarded the Gold Medal by H.E. Governor of Rajasthan. 
3.Honoured and Awarded Gold Medal by M.D.S. University, Ajmer and Shri Gyan Sagarji Maharaj Chaturmas Samity, Ajmer for achieving the highest marks in M.Com. (P) ABST
4.Awarded Best Research Paper Award for Research Paper titled Transfer Pricing by Indian Accounting Association, at 25th All India Accounting Conference and International Seminar organised during February 1 2, 2003.

1.Was associated as a Financial Consultant for Utsch AG Germany for the year 2011 12.
2.Was associated as an Advisor and Mentor to the Lootah Group, Dubai, UAE in the year 2009.
3.Designed and done a complete Opinion Poll for all Lok Sabha Constituencies of State of Jharkhand for a leading News Paper of the State (Prabhat Khabar) in the year 2009.
4.Completed the Consultancy Assignment on Research Study on the Effectiveness of BRCs and CRCs (Sarva Siksha Abhigyan, SSA) in Providing Academic Support and Supervision to Elementary Schools in the State of Haryana and Jharkhand in the year 2008 09. This study was sponsored by MHRD, Government of India. 
5.Completed the Consultancy Assignment on Designing Accounting System for SHATTAF Group, Dubai in the year 2008 - 09. 
6.Completed the Consultancy Assignment on resolving issues related to Corporate Governance and Accounting Standards for SAMTEL Group (Samcor Glass Ltd, Samtel Color Ltd.) in the year 2004 - 05.
7.Completed the Consultancy Assignment on setting up of a Accounting System Complied with the Indian Accounting Standards for SRF Limited in the year 2004 - 05.
8.Completed the Consultancy Assignment on Diagnostic study of viable sick SSI units financed by Bank of Baroda. The report is accepted by Bank of Baroda in 2003.
9.Provided ALM solution (as a domain expert, on duration gap) to Jammu and Kashmir Bank in the year 2003.
10.Associated with the Consultancy Assignment on Integrated Risk Management System and designing the structure for risk focused internal audit under the Risk Based Supervision (RBS) framework for Public Sector Banks (Oriental Bank of Commerce, Punjab and Sindh Bank and Indian Overseas Bank) in the year 2003.
11.Completed the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) project on Strengthening MIS in Urban Co-operative Banks (with special reference on Investments, Asset Liability Management (ALM) and Credit Risk). The report is accepted by RBI in 2002 (My all recommendations in the area of Credit Risk was implemented in the credit and Monetary Policy of RBI in 2003).
