Brief Profile
I hold a PhD from IIM Ahmedabad in Organizational Behavior. My research interests lie in exploring the challenges that pervasive technologies present for human well-being in workplaces. In my courses on `Organizational, Structure and Design` and the `Future of Work`, I teach the importance of understanding and effectively managing these challenges for the betterment of organizations and employees.

I am working with XLRI Jamshedpur since January 2023. Before joining XLRI, I was associated with the Indian Institute of Management Nagpur (2020-2023) and Goa Institute of Management (2019-2020). Before joining academics, I worked as an associate consultant (SAP) with Tata Consultancy Services from 2011-2014.
