of XLRI. This year 607 future business leaders graduated from XLRI and joined
the ranks of over a 15,000 strong XL alumni fraternity. This issue also features the
Graduation Ceremony
wherein 808 students from various certificate programs
graduated.

At XLRI we strive towards

whereby students are encouraged
to nurture their intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social persona to evolve as
well-rounded human beings furthering greater common good. Student societies
are encouraged to foster

by a team of XLRI students are classic examples of
stupendous efforts put in by student societies beyond their curriculum framework.

Fostering Thought Leadership
XLRI hosts numerous conferences, seminars and orations on a regular basis to
foster thought leadership among internal and external stakeholders. The

National Colloquium

that invites prominent practitioners and thought leaders in the field of education.
