LRI commences
new
academic session of 2016 with
a group of dynamic and self-
driven students. A total of 537
students have joined XLRI to foster their
leadership skills and explore academic
excellence.
The new students were welcomed at a
solemn, inaugural prayer service function at
XLRI campus in the presence of all current
students, faculty and staff members. The
welcome ceremony was addressed by Fr
E Abraham, SJ, Director, XLRI, and Prof.
Pranabesh Ray, former dean (academics) of
the institute.
Students of Fellow Programme in
Management (FPM) and Executive
Fellow Programme in Management (Exec-
FPM) were also welcomed at the
ceremony.

and impressed upon them the value and
importance of upholding XLRI’s reputation.

name to one’s organization or educational
institution.”
