Brief Profile  

Dr. Rahul Kumar Shukla is an Assistant Professor in the General Management Area at XLRI???Xavier School of Management. He has been a recipient of the Fulbright Fellowship and the prestigious Startalk Assistantship at the University of Pennsylvania.

 

Rahul earned Ph.D. in English from the University of Lucknow, Lucknow.  His research interests include Gender Communication, Organizational Communication, Computer-mediated Communication, Second Language Acquisition, Stylistics and Discourse Analysis. He has published and presented his work on different national and international academic platforms. 

 

Prior to joining XLRI, he has also taught Business Communication at Symbiosis International University, Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad (preparatory courses), Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India, Ahmedabad & Jaypee University of Information Technology, Solan.
