          is the Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Customer Franchise Management, Citi India.
        
        
          As Chief Marketing Officer, Kapur drives marketing for Citi’s institutional and consumer businesses in India. As Head of Customer
        
        
          Franchise Management, he is responsible for designing and delivering best-in-class client experiences across all products,
        
        
          segments and channels. This includes end-to-end customer management and leveraging Citi’s big data capabilities to make key
        
        
          business strategic decisions and launch new initiatives to deliver profitable growth and strengthen customer loyalty.
        
        
          Kapur joined Citi in 2005 and has had diverse stints across product, business development, marketing and innovation for cards,
        
        
          liabilities and off-shore retail business verticals.
        
        
          Prior to joining Citi, Kapur spent over seven years in a variety of sales and marketing roles in Unilever. His last assignment at
        
        
          Unilever was as Regional Innovation Manager for Lux soap brand for Asia Pacific. In 2002, he helped drive the turnaround of Lux
        
        
          soap business in India for which his team was awarded the prestigious Chairman’s Enterprise Team Award.
        
        
          Kapur is also a member of CII National Committee on Marketing.
