It is a pleasure to share the June 2015 issue of

, the triannual newsmaga-

zine of XLRI. On the 59th Annual Convocation 520 students received their graduat-

ing certificates and medals. XLRI also received the prestigious international AMBA

(Association of MBAs) Accreditation in May.

Encouraging Whole-Person Growth

At XLRI we strive towards

aged to nurture their intellectual, emotional and social persona to evolve as well-

beyond their curriculum framework.

Reflections'15, aimed at motivating school children, and other similar activities fea-

tured in this issue are examples of XL students contributing their mite to help solve the

unmet needs of the society at large.

Fostering Thought Leadership

XLRI hosts numerous conferences, seminars, orations etc. on a regular basis to foster and

advance thought-leadership among internal and external stakeholders. The NCSE confer-

ence, the Annual HR Conference and the Business Ethics Conference featured in this issue

are significant annual events that foster and advance thought-leadership.

Shaping Responsible Leaders
