The parallel placement process at XLRI supports
students willing to work with social sector organisa-
tions. Several students applied for summer internship
opportunities with Non-Government Organizations and
Not-for-Profit Organizations. The Parivartan intern-
ship program is conducted a week prior to the summer
internship recruitment.
