Encouraging Whole-Person Growth
At XLRI we strive towards
integral formation
whereby students are encouraged
to nurture their intellectual, emotional, spiritual and social persona to evolve as well-
rounded human beings furthering greater common good. Student societies are set up to
foster whole-person growth.
Ensemble
, the annual management meet, and other events
like
Ideakon

in by student societies beyond their curriculum framework.
Promoting Solidarity
The students in XLRI are always encouraged to
network and socialise
with a view to
help build their social quotient. This issue of Magis features quite a few
regional dinners
hosted by students wherein the whole campus joins in to celebrate regional festivals.
Fostering Thought Leadership
XLRI hosts numerous conferences, seminars and orations on a regular basis to foster
