adopted two villages in Jharkhand under
the project sugram that aims to shape the

Bhattacharya advised the students to
adopt skills of time management, change
and leisure management. Managing time
between office and home is as important as
detaching oneself from work for a while.
“Learn to step away and detach yourself
from work. Remember leisure is important.
Put the load down relax and then come
back refreshed.”
Keeping up with technology and switch-
ing to better means of technology is the
requirement of the hour. “You must learn to
use the technological tools to get the work
done fast and save time for yourself,” she
emphasised.
Bhattacharya concluded her speech by
encouraging students to sow seeds of kind-
ness on their way to achieving professional
and personal goals. “Don’t consider your-
self to be indispensable. You must have
people around you who will take over. Be
kind to people. should you want to work
