SV Nathan
is the Director -Talent, Deloitte Consulting India Pvt. Ltd.
He has 30 years of experience in HR management, across diverse industries
including manufacturing, services, telecom, and information technology. He
has vast experience in building and leading high performance teams in both multinational and Indian organisations,
developing leaders across levels, and serving as a trusted business advisor focused on transforming talent as a strategic
growth enabler.
Nathan has been serving Deloitte for nearly 10 years and has played a crucial role in orchestrating the rapid growth and
transformation of the India region of the Deloitte US Firms from a strategic investment into a truly global organisation.
Besides implementing robust talent processes and focusing on acquiring and increasing talent, Nathan focuses his
energy in building a strong Human Resources organisation that advances Deloitte’s strategic priorities in India.
Nathan serves on the National Board of the National HR Development Network (NHRDN) as its National Secretary. He
is the Chairperson of the Indian Society for Learning and Development, Hyderabad Chapter and serves on their National
Council. He was the former chairman of the Global In-House Center, Hyderabad chapter of National Association of
Software and Services Companies (NASSCOM), India’s apex body for software and services companies. Nathan also serves
as a Fellow at Sumedhas, a not-for-profit education and research body on organisation development
Nathan has Bachelors in Mathematics, and did his post-graduation from XLRI, Jamshedpur, in 1983.
