Mario Lobo’s
firm in HR solutions and services space is among
the leading players in India. His HR related organisations include
Personal Search Services, Ray & Berndtson, Lobo Selection Services,
Lobo Staffing Services and LIBSERV.
Launched in 1981, Personal Search Services is the first professionally run
executive search firm in the country. Lobo and his team have interviewed
and assessed, counseled and coached and put in place numerous careers
on track. Several individuals placed by his consultancy have grown to
become CEOs and CXOs of the organisation.
Sun Pharma, Marico, Blue Dart, Pepsico, Piramal Healthcare, Mahindra &
Mahindra, Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Citibank, Standard Chartered Banks
are some of the organisations who have gained substantially through the
contributions made by Lobo and his team of consultants . They were able
to place carefully selected individuals in key positions for small fledgling
organisations.
