Johnson Alexander
is the Director of Human Resources and Quality,
Health, Safety & Environment (QHSE) at Dulsco, Dubai, and is a
member of the Executive Committee of the company.
After establishing a successful corporate career in India from 1981-94,
Alexander joined Dulsco in 1995. Dulsco bears engagement in diverse
business activities and is one of the oldest companies in the UAE and in the
Arabian Gulf. The organisation currently has business operations in the UAE
and Qatar with a workforce of 11,000 employees from 46 nationalities.
During the tenure of Alexander, Dulsco was adjudged as one of the Great
Place to Work in the UAE in 2011,2012 and 2013, by the Great Place to Work
Institute (GPTWI), based in the United States of America (USA).
Alexander is a well-known professional in the management and HR
fraternity in the UAE. In recognition of his contribution to the HR functions
in the UAE he was given the HR Champion award in 2009 by The Human
Resources Forum, the premier HR Association in the UAE.
Alexander is the president of the XLRI UAE Alumni Chapter for 14 years
now. The UAE alumni forum is one of the prominent alumni-groups of the
institute.
